Option 1: The 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (14 Days)

The 100-hour program covers foundational Hatha postures, daily pranayama, breath cleansing kriyas, and introductory philosophy. It constitutes the exact first two weeks of our 200-hour training. You can return anytime to Himalayan Yoga Association to complete the second 100 hours and obtain your full international certificate.

Option 2: The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (28 Days)

Ideal For: Anyone seeking to become a certified, recognized yoga instructor worldwide, or devoted yogis wanting complete personal transformation.

This is the global benchmark course recognized by Yoga Alliance USA. Over 4 immersive weeks, you study anatomy, hands-on adjustments, class sequencing, philosophy, and conduct multiple student-teaching practicums. Graduates earn the right to register as an RYT-200. Option 3: The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Training (28 Days)
