These Terms of Service govern your use of the Himalayan Yoga Association website and your enrollment in our yoga teacher training courses, retreats, and related programs in Rishikesh, India. By using this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the required registration deposit or full payment as communicated at the time of booking. Course and retreat fees, schedules, and inclusions are subject to change; any changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance where possible.
Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Please contact us directly for the applicable cancellation policy for your specific course or retreat before booking.
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment. It is the responsibility of each participant to inform us of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the start of the program so that instructors can provide appropriate guidance.
We expect all students and guests to treat fellow participants, teachers, and staff with respect. Himalayan Yoga Association reserves the right to remove any participant from a program in cases of serious misconduct, without refund.
Yoga Alliance-recognized certification is issued upon successful completion of course requirements, including attendance and assessment criteria communicated during the program.
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Himalayan Yoga Association unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Himalayan Yoga Association is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in yoga classes, retreats, or related activities, except where required by law.
